Boka Design Store will make a reasonable effort to publish\naccurate and up-to-date information on its website but does not assume\nresponsibility for their accuracy and completeness, nor does it give the right\nto object in this regard. Boka Design Store is not liable for damage or defect\n(including, but not limited to, special or consequential damages) that may result\nfrom the use or inability to use any part of our website or something posted or\nadded by other users. Boka Design Store and suppliers do not assume any legal\nresponsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the data,\ndevices, products or procedures presented here and do not guarantee that the\nuse of information, devices, products or procedures will not infringe private\nrights. Under EU law, the trader is liable for non-compliance which becomes\napparent within a minimum of two years from the delivery of the goods. National\nlaw may provide the consumer with additional rights. Return\nand exchange of goods<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>

According to the Consumer\nProtection Act (Article 72) every consumer can terminate a contract concluded\n‘off-premises’ or concluded remotely within 14 days.<\/p>

Return or\nexchange of goods is possible if you have not removed the original labels from\nthe ordered items and items are in the original packaging in which they have\nbeen delivered.<\/p>

When returning\nitems please do not glue or write on the original packaging as we will not\naccept such items for exchange.<\/p>

Ordered items\ncan be exchanged for another item (or items) within 14 days of receiving the\npackage.<\/p>

If requested we\ncan return the paid funds to your current account (when returning items please\nenclose a copy of the card used for the payment).<\/p>

Buyer must\ncover costs of returning and\/or exchaging items.<\/p>

Please note that when you visit this site,\nyour personal information remains confidential unless you wish to disclose it\nvoluntarily. We asure you that, except for the purpose of legal investigation,\nwe will not provide other parties with the information we have received. When\nyou send us an e-mail with personal information by which you can be identified\neither by e-mail with a question or comment or by the form you send us by\ne-mail, we use this information only to fulfill your requests. We may send your\nemail to other employees or suppliers who can better answer your questions.\nPersonal data may be collected for the purpose of marketing activities. Based on the European Union regulation of\n15th February 2016 disputes related to purchases online across the EU will be\npossible to resolve through the ODR platform, which you can access here.<\/p>

If you encounter a problem during an\nonline purchase within the EU (i.e. defective product, inability to replace the\nproduct, etc.) you can submit your complaint immediately using the link above.<\/p>

The platform can be used by both customers\nand traders, and complaints can be lodged in any of the 23 official EU\nlanguages.<\/p>

Conversion\nstatement<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>

All payments will be made in Croatian kuna.\nThe amount for which your credit card will be charged is obtained through the\nconversion of the price from the euro (EUR) or dollar (USD) to Croatian kuna\n(kn) according to the up to date exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank.\nWhen charging your credit card, the amount is converted to your local currency\naccording to the valid exchange rate of your credit card provider. As a result\nof the price conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference in the\namount compared to the original price displayed on our website.<\/p>

Customs\ncosts<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>

Countries outside the EU may be subject\nto customs costs. The customer will be responsible for paying any additional\ncustoms costs. Our online store does not have the ability to cover such costs.\nContact the customs office for information on possible customs costs.<\/p>

Production\nstatement<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>
