We deliver products ordered through our Web shop in cooperation with proven and professional delivery services GLS, DPD, Overseas and DHL directly to your door Worldwide.

Items we have in stock that do not require additional modifications related to personalization such as name engraving or special requirements for coloring will be dispatched in 1-2 working days.

  1. PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Items we do not have in stock and/or require additional modifications related to personalization such as name engraving or special requirements for coloring will be dispatched in 3-10 working days.

Delivery:
Croatia: 1-2 working days from the dispatch date
Europe: 1-7 working days from the dispatch date (more precise information can be seen in your shopping basket)
Other continents: 14-21 working days from the dispatch date

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination (including islands).

Goods are ordered by filling out an electronic form. You can use the services of Boka Design Web Store without registering on our website although our recommendation is to register for faster and easier use. During billing the fields marked as required must be filled out to place an order. At any time you can review or update your personal information when creating your account and during  online purchasing.

All product prices are expressed in kunas (KN), euros (EUR) and dollars ($) and are valid only for purchases in the web store. Boka Design PLC does not use the VAT system.

  • Secure card payment via Stripe system (Stripe)
  • One-time payment – Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and Diners
  • Installments – Up to 6 x installments with 0% interest – Visa, Maestro, MasterCard from Privredna banka Zagreb

  • KEKS Pay – Via KEKS Pay application (Android and iOS)
  • Cash on delivery (cash payment upon arrival of the package at your address – directly to the courier without additional fees) – available only for Republic of Croatia
