On the website www.bokadesign.hr the user has the opportunity to subscribe to our mailing list. By subscribing to the mailing list, the user agrees that his e-mail address is used in the processing of personal data. Boka Design PLC uses personal information solely to send personalized newsletters. Boka Design PLC reviews previous purchases of registered users and sends them personalized newsletters. The user can unsubscribe from the personalized newsletter at any time. After unsubscribing, we will no longer send personalized newsletters. The option to unsubscribe is available at any time and is free of charge. The user may request the deletion of their personal data from the mailing list database. Purpose of data collection
Product Sales and Service – to process your sales, configure and service your product.
Boka Design PLC will collect personal information, sales and service information as well as customer history information when you purchase, service or repair a product purchased from us, including warranty and verification claims, and will use them to provide the services you have requested and to contact you regarding any issues related to your product and the fulfillment of the contract.
The provision of personal data is for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligation and if you do not provide personal data it may affect the execution of the contract or even terminate it.
Customer support and marketing – for answering inquiries and giving news and offers
Boka Design PLC collects personal data and may use it to support customers, answer their queries, provide news and offers customers are most likely to be interested in and contact customers about any complaints they may have.
Transfer to third parties
Personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided that there is a legal basis for the transfer.

1) For the fulfillment of the contract and the delivery of goods, we will share the data with the distribution service providers with whom we cooperate and have concluded contracts. 4) To the State institutions that request data for inspection due to possible third party processing or the need to exercise the rights of Boka Design PLC due to non-compliance with the service contract.
5) Mailchimp, a company that professionally deals with automated advertising messages, the so-called newsletter.

How long we keep your data
We store and process personal data for as long as is necessary only for the execution of a certain legitimate purpose, unless certain regulations require a longer period of storage for a particular purpose, or at least for the duration of the contract between the user and Boka Design PLC.
In the case of giving consent to marketing, we keep the data as long as the consent is not withdrawn. In the case of rejected bids, where no consent has been given for marketing, we keep the data related to the bid for one year, and in case you request us to be deleted, they will be immediately deleted.
Personal data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized or destroyed in a secure manner.
Web shop
Access to the web shop www.bokadesign.hr is possible with or without registration.
When registering on the website www.bokadesign.hr, we ask you for certain personal data such as name and surname, email address, residential address, telephone number, sometimes date of birth in order to provide various benefits. When registering, the customer accesses his database on the Boka Design webshop, within which he has several options (loyalty program and collection of points, invoice storage, warranty details)
When purchasing on the website www.bokadesign.hr without registration, we collect only the data necessary for the delivery of the purchased goods, and this data is stored for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
The user of our website can choose whether they want to receive promotional messages or not by clicking on the checkbox, regardless of whether they have registered on the site or not.
Providing personal information is a decision of the user who may or may not use the benefits of our company. If the user decides not to provide the data required for a particular activity, it will not be able to be executed.
The data provided by the user during registration is stored on the Boka Design webshop server and in the business program to which the employees of that department have access, along with the codes for access to the business program.
We can deactivate a customer’s registration at any time if a request is sent to the email address gdpr@bokadesign.hr. In this case, the data will be stored in the Boka Design webshop system as long as there is a need to perform a legitimate service, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and Boka Design PLC.
We recommend that our users combine uppercase, and lowercase, letters and numbers when creating a password for their account so that the password itself is as secure as possible. Boka Design PLC does not collect or save personal data entered for the purpose of processing and charging cards. You as a user may choose to leave the information permanently on the billing sites, but this information is not on our servers or within our software.
