Boka Design Store will make a reasonable effort to publish accurate and up-to-date information on its website but does not assume responsibility for their accuracy and completeness, nor does it give the right to object in this regard. Boka Design Store is not liable for damage or defect (including, but not limited to, special or consequential damages) that may result from the use or inability to use any part of our website or something posted or added by other users. Boka Design Store and suppliers do not assume any legal responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the data, devices, products or procedures presented here and do not guarantee that the use of information, devices, products or procedures will not infringe private rights. Under EU law, the trader is liable for non-compliance which becomes apparent within a minimum of two years from the delivery of the goods. National law may provide the consumer with additional rights. The trader’s liability for material defects in the product is prescribed by Articles 400-429 of the Civil Obligations Act, OG no. 5 / 05, 41 / 08 and 125/11. In accordance with Art. 10 ZZP, Boka Design Online Store allows you to send your written complaints related to web shopping to following email address email@example.com
Return and exchange of goods
According to the Consumer Protection Act (Article 72) every consumer can terminate a contract concluded ‘off-premises’ or concluded remotely within 14 days.
Return or exchange of goods is possible if you have not removed the original labels from the ordered items and items are in the original packaging in which they have been delivered.
When returning items please do not glue or write on the original packaging as we will not accept such items for exchange.
Ordered items can be exchanged for another item (or items) within 14 days of receiving the package.
If requested we can return the paid funds to your current account (when returning items please enclose a copy of the card used for the payment).
Buyer must cover costs of returning and/or exchaging items.
Please note that when you visit this site, your personal information remains confidential unless you wish to disclose it voluntarily. We asure you that, except for the purpose of legal investigation, we will not provide other parties with the information we have received. When you send us an e-mail with personal information by which you can be identified either by e-mail with a question or comment or by the form you send us by e-mail, we use this information only to fulfill your requests. We may send your email to other employees or suppliers who can better answer your questions. Personal data may be collected for the purpose of marketing activities. Further processing of personal data for historical, statistical or scientific purposes shall not be considered inconsistent, provided that appropriate safeguards are taken.
Based on the European Union regulation of 15th February 2016 disputes related to purchases online across the EU will be possible to resolve through the ODR platform, which you can access here.
If you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (i.e. defective product, inability to replace the product, etc.) you can submit your complaint immediately using the link above.
The platform can be used by both customers and traders, and complaints can be lodged in any of the 23 official EU languages.
All payments will be made in Croatian kuna. The amount for which your credit card will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price from the euro (EUR) or dollar (USD) to Croatian kuna (kn) according to the up to date exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the amount is converted to your local currency according to the valid exchange rate of your credit card provider. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.
Countries outside the EU may be subject to customs costs. The customer will be responsible for paying any additional customs costs. Our online store does not have the ability to cover such costs. Contact the customs office for information on possible customs costs.
Since wood is a natural material and the method of our production is exclusively handmade, each product is unique. Minimal differences between the products and the photos shown in the store are possible such as tree trunk rings and color shades.
